Got the WE826/MC7455 to grab the network, so far no issues. I had to flash the generic firmware (Modem was set to VERIZON for some reason)
Getting speeds around 15-25mbps down and 8-12mbps upload

Sweet, I know the command to find neighbors but you have to run it a bunch of times manually to get an idea of what the router is seeing.

Is the router seeing the sim card? That would rule out any question about where the sim is inserted. If you see sim information on the Modem > Network Status page then you are good.

Agree with Didneywhorl. Home run the antennas into the modem, and then enable wifi calling on your iphones. Your signal is good, but ouch, haven't seen band 71 on 5MHz in awhile. Where I'm at, its provisioned at 10Mhz offering more. I would do a band scan, and see what other bands are available. After that, I would build a router (or buy) with a 7411 in it so you can CA band 71 with one of the others.
