Did you happen to notice if it made a difference what band you were connected to? I was noticing on b41 I had a fine signal but it would frequently disconnect. but on b25 I can go weeks without a disconnect. Just curious if you noticed anything like that.

That's a known issue in OpenWRT, where the startup script overwrites it at each restart.
The only way around it is by manually editing the /usr/lib/rooter/connect/create_connect.sh file as described here:

Well I honestly haven't seen slow down on visible. The ping is high. If that doesn't matter to you it is alright. Basically same as Verizon with higher ping. Maybe other areas are different. But in the sticks where I am this is what I am seeing.

Just FYI, the modem in a Sim 7 Mofi is Cat 4, not Cat 6. Not that its impacting speeds in this scenario. The MoFi SIM7 normally comes with a low end Quectel EC25-AF (CAT-4 with no CA) modem, which is throttled by some carriers and/or plans (like Tmoblile). You could upgrade to an EP06-A or better ...

As far as I know, most of the resellers are not MVNOs. I think real MVNOs like Cricket, Mint, Page Plus etc are registered with and regulated by the FCC. Most of the resellers are just small businesses somehow reselling plans.

Additionally - Boosters amplify everything, which includes signal noise which in my experience causes an erratic/less consistent data connection. There are high end boosters (3k plus) that have noise filters, but have never tested one.

Clean upgrade this time @Didneywhorl. It did say it needed the pw changed, took my old pw and I simply rekeyed in it and it was happy. I have noticed the latest builds of GO doing this. Modem connected fine this time, everything is clean. Time to install a second modem and SIM card.

I used that firmware, and then followed this post: https://wirelessjoint.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=5#p5 to get the firmware on the router. Everything is working great with my existing verizon sim now.

Got everything working on the 2.5.3.4 version. After doing the TTL mod via telnet, I’m consistently getting 60/30 with Visible sim and the scripts are surviving reboots. Yes I have both. If you don't need band 71 the 160 outperforms it. Especially when it aggregates band 2, 4 and 12 or band 2, 12 and 66. And because it can CA on UL it will match or beat 71. Where I'm at band 71 is great on UL so when the 7411 combines 66 and 71 is also awesome. But I wouldn't ...
