No Aggregation - Slow Speed

Post by rfaulkner99 »

Hi, can someone help me find out why I am not seeing any CA on a NEXQ6GO with an EM12 modem on AT&T? I am new to this, thanks.

Do you have it locked to band 2? That's a fairly high-frequency band and your signal isn't good... It would normally seek out a 'worse' band with better signal if it's not locked. You definitely need to work on your signal either way.

Use WiFi on this model to test speeds, and change your Signal Info screen to "fast" update (15 seconds) and make sure you hit the apply change button. Then scroll to the spot that shows your frequency Band (B12, etc). Then run a speed test. Watch that spot where it shows Band and CSQ, etc. If it hits CA it will show there.
Also I believe the AT command to see the CA info is

Code: Select all

AT+QCAINFO
