Hi All,
I'm new to the LTE scene, but hoping you can guide me quickly to a resolution, as I need internet in my RV I live in full time for work. MY RV included a WE826-T with the system, but they said it uses AT&T. IS it possible to upgrade the firmware and configure it with Verizon?
If not, is there a better 4G router/AP I can get to replace this one? It has the 4G antenna hookups for my rooftop antennas and standard wireless antennas for 802.11. I was looking at getting the Visible verizon internet service and using their SIM in a device.
Thanks and take care,
Dale
Use WE826-T in RV or get new one?

The We826 will work with any and all of the major carriers, IF it has the right modem inside, as the modem is an add on device and does not come with the router. Do you happen to know what modem is inside?

I just bought the Cradlepoint MBR1400LPE V2 4G LTE Router (Multi-Carrier) - Verizon. Hoping to use the visible sim with it. Seems all the cheaper services are dropping, so that slaos a hard part for me. Finding a good cheap service.

You can replace the modem with any mpcie modem, and even m.2 key b modems with an adapter. I wouldnt go much higher than a cat 12 modem though, and that is even overkill. Your just looking to get more bands. The Sierra Wireless modem modules are great and almost literally pop right in, especially the MC7455.

There have been a few that were successfully using Visible.
I believe a couple of them was on a Cradlepoint router. You might use the search function to find them.

Have you been able to test it out yet? I am thinking about buying that router and using it with Visible as well.
