The latests Mofi firmware can be found here:
http://mofinetwork.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=21
I have both and have opened them.
The motherboard and modem are exactly the same.

I have not heard of anyone running the Mofi firmware on am OEM WE826 router but I assume it would work this way as well.
I believe the first thing I would try is using the boot loader mode and reflash the firmware from there.EnriqueReyes wrote: Sun Sep 16, 2018 2:24 pm Could you please help me get the Mofi firmware installed on my OEM WE826?
I flashed the lasted Mofi firmware but after the flash completes, I can't open the web interface. I get the message that the page can't be reached.
I can ping the device at 192.168.1.1.
I also try to SSH to it on port 22 but I get a network error connection refused.
Any suggestions on what I can try?
I just successfully flashed from the boot loader. After it finishes the same results. I can ping the device at 192.168.1.1.JimHelms wrote: Mon Sep 17, 2018 9:00 am I believe the first thing I would try is using the boot loader mode and reflash the firmware from there.
Have you tried http://192.168.10.1. to log into the router as opposed to 192.168.1.1?
Any way to get around this internal ID number?RussWestrem wrote: Mon Sep 17, 2018 6:52 pm You can't do this. Mofi has their firmware and routers programmed to only work on the routers internal id numbers they provide.
Im sure there is a way around it. I've just never tried personally. You can download their openwrt firmware they use and open it with a certain program and peek around at the files and see if you see anything if you wanted. Mofi uses really old outdated firmware though.EnriqueReyes wrote: Mon Sep 17, 2018 9:15 pm Any way to get around this internal ID number?
I find Mofi's user interface and firmware to have more options than OpenWrt / GoldenOrb
I searched on this Mofi page:RussWestrem wrote: Tue Sep 18, 2018 3:14 pm You can download their openwrt firmware they use and open it with a certain program and peek around at the files and see if you see anything if you wanted. Mofi uses really old outdated firmware though.
