Hello,
The modem seems to have stopped connecting
I get the following message in the modem > connection log (in rOOter)
": Attempting to Connect Modem #1 (Quectel EM12-G)" (does not progress from here , used to work before)
I use a sprint sim
and rOOter on r7000.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Modem will not conect using Quectel EM12-G
That may well be your issue as they are terminating Sprint service on most of the towers as everything changes over to T-Mobile.
Re: Modem will not conect using Quectel EM12-G
But After it moved to t-mobile it used to connect to the t-mobile servers. was working until recently, is there any debugging i can can do.

Re: Modem will not conect using Quectel EM12-G
According to T-Mobile:
You may also be required to use a different APN other than r.ispsn (i.e., fast.t-mobile.com, b2b.tmobile.com)Sprint’s LTE network will be retired on June 30, 2022. The good news is most Sprint LTE and 5G devices are compatible with the T-Mobile LTE or 5G network and will continue to operate on T-Mobile's LTE and 5G networks. Customers only need to take a few easy steps:
Replace the Sprint SIM card with a T-Mobile SIM card
Ensure Voice over LTE (VoLTE) is enabled in device settings for voice calls (on applicable devices)
The devices that will be supported include:
Data-Only equipment that supports LTE and 5G on the T-Mobile network
Voice and data devices and equipment that support LTE, 5G and VoLTE on the T-Mobile network
Select devices that are not compatible with the T-Mobile LTE or 5G network will need to be upgraded to continue getting service, including the ability to make 911 calls depending on your location. You’ll need to upgrade or replace your device to access the T-Mobile network and continue using LTE or 5G service. This includes:
Data-only equipment that does not support LTE or 5G on the T-Mobile network
Voice and data devices and equipment that do not support LTE or 5G and VoLTE on the T-Mobile network
Re: Modem will not conect using Quectel EM12-G
Thanks i got the t-mobile sim card with the Franklin T10 Mobile Hotspot, changed the APN to "fast.t-mobile.com" on the ROOter modem, but it is still attempting to connect to the modem, not able to connect.
