Cellphone Vs Tablet - Which one gets better signal gain

Hi everyone, the question us simple, however the answer may not be...

I just want to know which one you all think gets the better signal(LTE) overall between a cellphone and a tablet(android OS).

Most likely the phone will be based on better modem and antenna setup.

Usually they both have similar signal getting capabilities. The modem and number of internal antennas seems to play the largest role. I think at least.

I'd like to think a newer gen cellphone would hands down net better signals, but it really is heavily dependent on location and things of the like.
