Re: Deep Fringe Antenna? - LTE B2 and B4

The parabolic mimo grid at The Wireless Haven has the most gain on those bands. Your signal is already decent enough, though, so a cheaper mimo panel antenna should suffice.

Re: TTL and more settings, what else?

Using OpenWRT firmware like GoldenOrb or WiFix.

You should be setting the TTL under Network > Firewall > Custom Rules

See this post on tethering: https://wirelessjoint.com/viewtopic.php?p=10303#p10303

WE don't share that info on this site. Too many international laws on device identity changes to risk getting the forum shut down.

But you can Search the googlewebz for Sierra and keygen and .py and how to use it ...

Re: Cellphone Vs Tablet - Which one gets better signal gain

Most likely the phone will be based on better modem and antenna setup.

Re: Cellphone Vs Tablet - Which one gets better signal gain

Usually they both have similar signal getting capabilities. The modem and number of internal antennas seems to play the largest role. I think at least.

Can you connect the phone to the router and SSH into the router using putty and run the following command:

ifconfig -a

Need to see what interface is being assigned to the USB phone. Look for the interface that shows IPV4 and IPV6 addresses.

I do not have a gi.net to test but, and looking at ...
