RM500Q-AE Webserver menu

Post by adesai414 »

Hi,

I have a RM500Q-AE that is in ECM mode. I am able to log into the webserver using the IP address however all of the menu options on the left navigation are disabled/grayed out. Does anyone know how I can enable the menus? There are options for WWAN Settings, NAT Settings, Firewall Settings, WLAN settings, UPnP DLNA MDNS, Account Configuration.

I am using the modem with an M.2 to USB3 housing that I have connected to a Gl.iNet AR750S router. QMI and MBIM are not able to connect to the internet when I try to update the 3g/4g modem settings, but ECM works.

Yes, that was the first thing I tried. I also tried with Chrome, Safari, and Edge. Nothing seems to be clickable. I am thinking maybe the manufacture disabled it via a firmware update.

What router are you running? It would be better to load wifix or rooter on your router if it supports it.

Shoot a message to Quectel, and see what they say. Or post on their forum.
