I'm looking at T-Mobile right now, and they're offering a no data-cap or throttling plan also for $50 in some areas.

It's a little confusing, because if you look for their mobile hotspot plans, they are capped at 100GB. But if you look at their home internet, it says there is no cap.

Maybe it's because the hotspot is mobile and the home internet is not?????

I provisioned a SIM for hotspot only for this plan, and have not gotten it to work in any router yet. I have a old hot spot somewhere, going to dig it up and see if this plan is tied to specific hardware.

Did you have it started up and working in the 5G device first? Tmo is great about SIM swapping, but the hotspot plans are usually not.

I have this device and plan. When it works the speeds are good but in some areas it doesn’t get a signal versus my iPhone 11 Pro Max that does. I thought it was odd I thought they’d both be the same.
