Re: Looking For Verizon Service advice
Ended up ordering star link. But my retired aunt and uncle decided to try the Verizon 5G home. They move between two homes. So that is perfect for them to operate phones and TVs. Just take it when them. So far they are happy with it.

We have the 5g home that is throttled at 300mbps. When I run a speed test it will jump up over 300. Then I can watch them throttle it back down. But for us 300 is plenty. But of course in the evenings it's sometimes under 100 down.

I don't believe the mr6500 actually has band n71 installed inside of it. That is a T-Mobile band. The mr6500 is an att device. You'd need either the mr5200, mr6150, or the mr6550 for n71.

I'd also suggest a new device that should work much better. Something like the Invisagig from the Wireless Haven. You can make these devices look like a phone, or tablet, or other devices. Or your M2000. Then that plan will probably work much better for you. Some people get $20 tablet plans from ATT ...

I've always heard ttl mods were just used to bypass hotspot limits. Otherwise I don't believe it does anything. And this is for T-Mo or Verizon. I don't believe ATT uses ttl.

So you're using a phone plan in a modem? You can easily get a device to replicate that one. The folks at the WH can get you set up. Then you just have to change the imei and the apn to match that needed for your phone plan. If your plan is ATT no need to worry about ttl settings.
