So when the Covid lock downs began I sold a new 8800L on ebay. I have a 60 day return policy. (I'm sure you can see where this is going.) Sold the device. Just before the 60 days were up buyer wants to return it. I have to accept the return. Lo and behold when I get the return it has been admin locked. Buyer refused to give me the admin password.
I've tried everything I can think of to reset it. Holding down the reset button does nothing - that has been locked out as well.
Anyone have any idea if this thing can be saved? Is there some way to reflash the software on it?
