Yeah they did, not sure if its better than the other one but the usb c should be faster theoretically I guess. If you have the 4G version you can upgrade to it for $630 plus shipping, if you have 5G version its much cheaper. You rebel lol, might give it a try if I'm feeling adventurous.

The good news is the Mcuzone 5G to RJ45 board worked out of the box, modem shows up on my Mac immediately. It's a dead board from China but at least now I have a functioning board to create a video as requested to get a refund or replacement with.

Those all look like they are on the lan side and have nothing to do with the 'internet' connection. Try new lan cable or check all connectors/adapters between router and pc/switch? The fix for my problem was that t-mobile changed something where they started denying service if the IMEI was not the IMEI of the supplied hotspot. Magic was done on the Cudy and it instantly worked.

Figured out the problem. Quectel put out a new protocol for their modems and the mobile DVR we use didn't have the correct firmware to compensate for it. Got a firmware update from the company and we're back in business. Thanks for the help!
