In my Goldenorb router when I would connect the dynamic interface (464xlat) it would create would not have the TTL Settings applied.
I had to manually go to create a IPV4 and IPV6 iptables rule to apply to that 464xlat interface.
Once I did that, I was completely unthrottled.

Diamond Tier 5G router package
I'm very happy with my investment. I got the APN programmed and it's working very well, although I'm just a bit curious. The package came with the USB3 to m.2 modem adapter and the NEXS2GO router. I'm curious if the USB3 adapter allows for better bandwidth rather than using the internal PCIE port ...

The problem is the Chinese manufacturers are choosing chips not supported by openWRT. If there is no official image for openWRT, Rooter generally wont spend time on making an image. Many of these IPQ chips have come out over the last few years, the Chinese manufacturers modify their 2015 toolchains ...

I think I've figured out my issue. I'd previously locked to bands n25 & n41. I noticed I'd occasionally get 200+Mbps but it was extremely unstable. When it happened the modem was connecting to n41 with 2 -> -2 SNR whereas on n25 my SNR is 14+ as long as I'm not saturating the connection. So I ...
