Need help picking an Antenna

Post by serverside »

So it's been about a month, I've got everything setup and running smoothly on WG3526 and MC7455, I have decent ping (120-150ms) but would like better speed and latency. I'm about 2miles from a verizon tower and am looking for an antenna that will be able to up everything. What would be the best thing to pick? I don't know if I want to jump off of band 13 as Band 4 and 2 might be congested (even though I'm rural). Should I shoot for the most expensive MIMO setup?

Just some extra info, I currently have this, with well basically no change from the including antennas

Jim gives good advice. I'd go with whatever he recommends.

The wide band directional antennas that seem to perform under LoS (Line of Sight) and Non-LoS applications are the WiFiX DP727L15 NF.

The DP727L15 one of our best sellers and there are several reviews on the Wireless Joint Facebook group from users.

We also stock the wide band Yagi Radome directional antennas which work well for LoS applications.
