Firmware file for M2-MR2100-100EUS modem

The modem is broken and needs to install the firmware file
I did not find the file and I do not know how to make a new program for it

Is the power light on solid or is it flashing red? According to Netgear, if it's flashing red continuously, the modem has a firmware fault or hardware problem.

If and only if you have the receipt, and if the unit is under warranty they may send you a replacement model.

This is a very common problem with the M2 models.

Unfortunately, I do not have a purchase invoice, and we do not have an agent for this company

Yeah, that's the same boat I'm in. That why I'm hoping someone will manage to do something with the info. I posted in another thread and the partition image files that exist.

The OP still hasn't answered the question of whether the unit has a flashing red light or solid light.

The file did not have the needed components to be able to put together a recovery file, it needs to come from another working mr2100
If I get the needed files I will post a recovery file here to share with everyone for this one.

Did you get a copy of the system?
Because I did not find any way, even Netgear support did not respond to me

Did you see the file posted in the large thread about photos of the MR2100?

Did you read through the relevant parts of that thread? There's a firmware file now, albeit without the system files.
