MAC Address Change on WAN

I would like to change the MAC Address on a Quectel modem (EM 160). I have searched high and low and can't seem to find anything. Can this be done through AT Commands? Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: I am using Goldenorb for Raspberry Pi 3B+. I now see that I can edit the MAC Address on the LAN, but I don't see how I can do it for the WAN. I believe this is a fairly common thing to do for people on cable or fiber ISP's.

I am still learning, so please feel free point me in the right direction. Also, feel free to refer me to another post if I missed it in my search.
