we826 issues w/ connecting after upgrade

i upgraded the firmware to the latest we826 firmware but now the firmware cant connect to the modem.

here are some screen shots which makes me think its not configured even though its being detected...

please help

It seems to be detecting the modem so that is a good thing.

Did you work your way through the troubleshooting guide?

i did try a lot of the troyubleshooting steps.. it appears that when i try to send AT commands it says that cant open or communicate with device /dev/ttyUSB1 when it shoudl be communicating to ttyUSB2... not sure why or how it changed and how to fix it...

Go to SYSTEM > BACKUP / FLASH FIRMWARE > PERFORM RESET

When the router comes back on line, go to MODEM > CONNECTION PROFILE > APN (and enter your APN) > SAVE & APPLY.

Hard reboot the router (pull and replace power plug).

When it comes back online, give it a minute or two and if it still is not connecting, go to MODEM > DEBUG INFORMATION and copy and paste the contents.
