I'm running an AirMaster 4000D and noticed that one of the tabs in my management UI causes the interface to crash. The device stays online but the interface goes blank and takes about 30 seconds before it is accessible again. I get this by logging in to the device, then going to the "Status" tab, and then clicking on "Network".
This got me thinking about looking for a firmware update. Does anyone know if there are any firmware updates available for this?
I'm currently on "Firmware: GLC130D V2.1.0 PACK 1 (Ver.2069)"

There are no firmware updates for the 4000D.
What I would try it resetting it to its default settings, and reconfigure it anew.

I've noticed that my page looks very different to what I have seen other people post and from the manual. I don't know if it's because I am on the latest firmware or if something is wrong with my AirMaster. It's just very limited in the amount of configuration changes I can make and this is after I clicked on the advanced settings mode.

You are logged in with the user account instead of the admin account.
