TP-Link Archer C7 Issues

So I'm trying to put together a build with a TP-Link Archer C7 V2 and running into some issues. I have a Sierra EM 7455 model and the USB enclosure bought off thewirelesshaven.com. I successfully flashed Rooter onto my router, but am unable to get it to recognize the modem when I plug it in. Whenever I go to the modems page it just says "No Modems Present". From the log file, it appears that it starts to recognize it, but I'm unsure what the rest means. Any help is appreciated:

ROOter seems to be having an issue finding the MBIM Comm Port.

Is it an OEM Modem or a vendor branded modem.

If it is vendor branded, I understand they have to be modified to work with ROOTer. I have very little experience with them modems but maybe someone else here if familiar with them.
