Cradlepoint CBA850LP6 Verizon firmware 002.026_001
Recent pickup a Cradlepoint CBB850. Apply the Visible APN setting and the setting works. After upgraded the firmware to LP6 Verizon 02.30.01.01 02.30.01.01_VERIZON_002.052_000 , the modem will not connect to Visible APN : VSBLINTERNET.
Does anyone have Verizon firmware LP6 Verizon 02.20.03.22 02.20.03.22_VERIZON,002.026_001 for the Cradlepoint CBA850LP6 to downgrade. Cradlepoint only have the latest version available on their website. Running NOS version 7.0.50 on the CBA850.

That is strange. I would expect there to be no difference.
I do have some older versions of firmware for the LP6 that you can try.

Thanks JimHeims for the files.
I've tested both MLP6_02.20.03.22_VZ_002.026_001_MRV6.2.0.mdm and m_LP6_VZ_02_20_03_22 (2017_07_09 18_33_13 UTC).mdm. I get Error Message "Firmware header is invalid or is not intended for this product."
Currently running the latest MC7455_02.30.01.01_VERIZON_002.052_000.mdm.
Is it possible to you cant downgrade?

You may try resetting the modem to OEM status.
That will erase any firmware updates since the modem was originally configured.
With that said, do so at your own risk.

I cant seem to find the modem reset setting in NOS 7.0.50. Is there a particular version of NOS that has this setting?
Do you have the steps to reset the modem to OEM status?

You will need to use the atterm command in the Device Console.
In the alternative, you will find it easier to use Putty to access the atterm modem where you can copy and paste the commands:
Once it confirms the modem has been restored, reboot the modem with:

Curious how you are able to use a visible plan on a cradlepoint? I understood that their plans are for cell phones only at the moment?
Re: Cradlepoint CBA850LP6 Verizon firmware 002.026_001
I followed instruction on this link. Instead of fast.t-mobile.com I used VSBLINTERNET.scuba_steve999 wrote: Wed Jan 22, 2020 4:06 pm Curious how you are able to use a visible plan on a cradlepoint? I understood that their plans are for cell phones only at the moment?

Re: Cradlepoint CBA850LP6 Verizon firmware 002.026_001
I had the same problem so I tried the reset but got this error when it was done: "* Warning: The firmware active on the modem is different than the version in the firmware store. Upgrade to resolve. ( 02.32.11.00_VERIZON,002.008_002, firmware store package not found )" I'm on v7.0.50 (Mon Mar 25 16:19:08 UTC 2019) I tried installing firmware MLP6_02.20.03.22_VZ_002.026_001_MRV6.2.0.mdm but it kept failing. Any suggestions?

Re: Cradlepoint CBA850LP6 Verizon firmware 002.026_001
Third day's the charm! Today I had given up and was going to try the "Check for available firmware" option using an AT&T sim, assuming it would install the 02.32.11.00_VERIZON,002.008_002 firmware back on. Just for giggles I tried it one more time with the MLP6_02.20.03.22_VZ_002.026_001_MRV6.2.0.mdm firmware and it worked. I'm sending this with the Visible Sim working in the Cradlepoint, connected to the entire house through an old AirPort, watching HGTV and a quick SpeetTest shows 13.2 down and 11.3 up with a ping time of 82 ms.
