Just turned on EM7565. Is there really B40 on Sprint?

Nope. The improper readings are due to a bug in the new Sierra Wireless firmware.

I personally wouldn't. I generally update all Sierra Modems to the latest firmware available.

Next time the modem reboots, it is subject to read normal.
