Hi,
I had my M2M running great, but then something very weird happened, and it was dropping the modem interface - the modem was running but the interface was not connecting - after a ton of troubleshooting I decided to hard reset - bad idea... I am now at the Breed Web interface, and have downloaded the The Wireless Haven M2M firmware, but can not seem to get in installed. The fact that the Breed web is mostly chinese is not helping ... Has anyone done this? Are there instructions ?
Thanks ...

Yes, I have ran on it before. Can be a bit difficult to understand.
I would suggest using Google Chrome's translator which seems to work rather well.

Re: M2M firmware re-install issues - Breed Web
Thanks - that did help !!! Got the firmware installed but now I am seeing my original issue - WAN1 (the modem) is showing disabled in the MWAN status page. The network interface is showing "Network device not present" but I am getting a "normal" looking response from the modem when I do a AT!GSTATUS? - Arrggg

Re: M2M firmware re-install issues - Breed Web
If you are able to send AT commands, then the M2M is communicating with the modem, and the modem is reacting as expected.
Can you post the output of the AT!GSTATUS?
Have you performed any other specific AT Commands on the modem during the troubleshooting process?
