Re: WE826 T2...Modem disappeared....hrlp
I would first try to reset the firmware and configurations. Go to SYSTEM > BACKUP / FLASH FIRMWARE > RESTORE > RESET TO DEFAULTS > PERFORM RESET
When it comes back on line, enter the correct APN, and set the time Zone (and sync with browser). Be sure and SAVE and Apply all changes.
Then, power off, wait a few seconds, and power back on the router.
I would also make sure the EM7565 is seated good and all the way into the Mini PCI-E to M.2 adapter.

Re: WE826 T2...Modem disappeared....hrlp
to restore the modem COM port, a USB to M.2 (NGFF) adapter or enclosure is required to connect the EM7564 to a USB port on the Windows PC. got one ordered.
Hoping this finally gets me up and running.

Good work.
It does show you are connected to the carrier.
But, notice the disparity between the RxM and RxD signal stats. They need to be fairly close to one another. This is the first place to start.
The RxM represents the MAIN antenna connector port on the modem.
The RxD represents the AUX antenna connector port on the modem.
The PCC represents the Primary carrier (Band 66) while the SCC represents the Secondary carrier (Band 13) used for Carrier Aggregation.
When we see this much of a difference, it is usually one of the following:

The PCC represents the Primary carrier (Band 66) while the SCC represents the Secondary carrier (Band 13) used for Carrier Aggregation.
When we see this much of a difference, it is usually one of the following:
- The MHF4 connector has popped off the modem AUX port or is grounding out against the metal part of the modem.
- The modem pigtail cable is cut and/or damaged. This can happen when reassembling the cases and getting lodged between the case and LED holes.
- The MFF4 connector is bent or damaged (it does not take much to damage them).
- The MHF4 is connected to the MAIN and GPS modem connector port as opposed to the MAIN and AUX.
- If using External Antennas, a bad cable, connector or moisture in the connectors. This is easy to troubleshoot by swapping the SMA connectors on each side of router, and then see if the RxD swaps readings with the RxM.
