WE826 / MC7455 wont connect to LTE Bands
Having a problem getting WE826 / MC7455 to connect to LTE Bands. I flashed Golden Orb 2019-03-10. I changed modem to MBIM mode and still no change. I have internet connection but a very slow one. I'm getting a consistent 61% signal strength. I rebooted once and it temporarily connected to band B20 at 100% but it lost the connection and I have not been able to get it back.
This is what I get when running AT!GSTATUS command:
AT!GSTATUS?
!GSTATUS:
Current Time: 1076 Temperature: 53
Reset Counter: 1 Mode: ONLINE
System mode: WCDMA PS state: Attached
WCDMA band: WCDMA 1900
WCDMA channel: 687
GMM (PS) state:REGISTERED NORMAL SERVICE
MM (CS) state: IDLE NORMAL SERVICE
WCDMA L1 state:L1M_DCH LAC: 4877 (18551)
RRC state: CELL_DCH Cell ID: 0CB45A11 (213146129)
RxM RSSI C0: -81 RxD RSSI C0: ---
RxM RSSI C1: --- RxD RSSI C1: ---
OK
Hoping I'm missing a setting somewhere. Any help is appreciated.

Are you running the generic firmware on the modem?
Have you tried resetting the modem to OEM?

Have you tried swapping SIM Cards with the WG3526, to make sure this SIM card will work and receive the LTE Bands.

I wasn't sure if the sim would work in another device once its used initially. I'll give it a try.

Re: WE826 / MC7455 wont connect to LTE Bands
The problem is with the SIM card. It doesn't connect to lte bands in either router. Is it possible it's a bad sim or did I purchase wrong one? It's an att blue prepaid SIM card.

It is probably the IMEI used for the plan. I have seen this on a number of occasions.
For example, some of the iPad and plans are not compatible with some carrier bands.

Gotcha. That makes sense. Is the solution to cancel that plan and start over with new sim and plan?

You may be able to just change the IMEI on the same plan

Re: WE826 / MC7455 wont connect to LTE Bands
Okay thanks for the help. I've tried that but I'm getting an error from ATT "unable to process request at this time". I'll keep trying I think it's an issue with their website at the moment.
