Unable to access config.invisagig site

Post by Cassiel007 »

I ordered the Invisagig yesterday and got it today. Super excited to try it out, but I am unable to config it. I downloaded the zip file and unzipped to install the bat file. All good so far. However, https://config.invisagig.com will not connect. I tried two different computers. Tried it directly connected to them and through the router. I even tried it with the antivirus disabled. Nothing worked
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Cassie,

Extreme apologies for the delay. My notifications for this new forum group was turned off.

Did you get it figured out?

For anyone else having issues. Bypass downloading the config file by using the URL: https://192.168.225.1

The next software update, v1.0.8, will move the cert and host file install to a different URL, so that it will now be optional for anyone who wants to use it. Everyone else will be directed to https://192.168.225.1 when they enter the original config url of http://192.168.225.1 (notice the S in https).

The new InvisaGig update is live. With v1.0.8 the config.invisagig.com host is no longer a part of the setup.

Simply access the UI for the first time, or any time, via https://192.168.225.1

You can now also update the InvisaGig UI to a custom IP address as well. So if you want it to be 10.10.0.1, you can do that. Or whatever you like.

I made an account just for this, I'm having the same issue after receiving my invisagig today. It just shows a black screen, I did update the firmware to 1.0.10 and toggle dark mode beforehand. Is there any fix or a way to factory reset it? Really would like to use it

I find that if I set the PCs Ethernet interface to use 192.168.225.10 / 255.255.255.0 as the IP and 192.168.225.1 as the gateway AND DNS server, that this issue goes away. It's related to the IP Passthrough and some oddities with routing tables. I am NOT a routing pro, and don't rellay understand it, but for me this is how I get around this.

If you turn off IP Passthrough, this also goes away.

Just got home from work and it's working fine now, STRANGE! I factory reset it and installed my magenta max sim and all is good. Thank you for the quick reply!
