Wireless Joint

I made an account just for this, I'm having the same issue after receiving my invisagig today. It just shows a black screen, I did update the firmware to 1.0.10 and toggle dark mode beforehand. Is there any fix or a way to factory reset it? Really would like to use it I find that if I set the PCs ...
