Ethernet Ports Not working on WG3526
My ethernet ports don't seem to be working.
DHCP seems to be down. Computer says no connection detected.
I tried the 30-30-30 reset method to no avail.
Ethernet LEDs don't light up either.
Is it possible to get into the control panel via USB cable of some sort?

You will need to use the firmware recovery method and reflash the router with GoldenOrb.
Also, be certain you are using the firmware for the WG3526 and not the WE3526.

Are any of the LED lights working (i.e., getting power to the router)?

If you plug the ethernet cable from the PC to the WAN port, is it detected then by the PC?
Re: Ethernet Ports Not working on WG3526
No such luck.
I'm trying on a mac. I don't know if that makes a difference. I'll fire up my old windows PC and give it a go.
Curiously, The Power LED doesn't seem to stay on after holding reset button down. Just the 3G/4G LED.

So ive tried to reset with nonluck but now see the wifi SSID "ROOter".
I selected that and looks like I was able to connect but the control panel continies to time out in my browser. Please advise.

That is always possible but that is probably not the issue.xxxxxx wrote: Mon Jul 01, 2019 10:23 am No luck on windows either. Could it be the power cable?
I see a spark occasionally when I plug it in.
What build version of GoldenOrb did you upload to the router. Since it had to be working up to that point to upload GOldenOrb, then you need to check the version you uploaded.
I have seen this on occasion when GoldenOrb for the WE3526 is uploaded on a WG3526.
You will need to somehow reflash GoldenOrb and it will require using the bootloader menu. And very important, you must be sure and uncheck the box to save settings.

One way or the other, you are going to need to flash the router again with GoldenOrb.xxxxxx wrote: Thu Jul 04, 2019 12:54 am Password "Router2017" gives me a connection but I can't log into the router web page..
I have yet to see one of the routers that could not be flashed using the Firmware recovery method.
