I have a Quectel EM-160 on it's way from China so in the near future I will want to try 4 x 4 MIMO antenna setup. I have a The Wireless Haven 2 X 2 Panel antenna, a wavefarm 2 X 2 Panel antenna, and (2)- Wilson Yagi antennas at a 2 X 2 configuration.
Which should I try on a 4 X 4 setup? The 2 panels together? They all have very similar specs.
Also, how far apart should they be from each other?

Re: 4 x 4 Antenna question
Depends on the situation. the Radomes are higher bandwidth and do great in line of sight, or near, scenarios. The High Beam X2 would be an upgrade in power and capability over the wavefirm panel and perform well in non-line of sight scenarios.

Re: 4 x 4 Antenna question
Still playing with 2x2 antennas. Paired a Wilson Yagi with a The Wireless Haven Yagi Radome. Moved the mast up and over to get farther away from trees. Holy crap, with just a quickie aim job speeds of 70dn and 12up. Best ever for T-Mobile. May even be better when my other The Wireless Haven antenna gets here.
Re: 4 x 4 Antenna question
Now using a pair of The Wireless Haven Yagi Radomes with a wavefarm 2x2 panel with 20' cables on my Quectel EM160R modem. So far pretty good and stable on ATT tab plan. Streamed all afternoon. Wow, even got speeds on 105/34. Best ever.
Re: 4 x 4 Antenna question
So, now I have 3 separate antenna setups that give me plenty of flexibility to play with. (I gotta quit spending money!)
1) A pair of Wireless Haven X2 15dba 2x2 panel antennas on a rotator 25' up
2) A pair of Wireless Haven YAGI Radome directional antennas on a rotator 25' up
3) One single wavefarm 2x2 MIMO panel antenna easily rotated by hand 15' up
