Just started tonight, both modems doing same thing, with the same simcard (figured it might be a modem issue). This is a ATT mobley account. connected directly to the modem (either one) packets drop, connected to it via Wireguard, packets drop. Both modems are in 2 different routers WG series. My phone, which is on the same tower (ATT) no dropped packets.
Same TTL when connected via phone directly to tower or from my modems.
Anyone have any ideas?

Would remove WIFi and have just one client connected with a high quality Ethernet cable
Also look into a tool called wire shark

Which firmware version are you using and are you testing this with any configuration changes, or fresh install?
I would get it troubleshot with ZERO config changes other than the system time set, admin password, and modem APN.
That is all you need to get connected. If you don't have dropped packets from there, then you have a direction to start looking.
