Hello,
I'm running a WE826-T2-7455 modem--it is flashed with-- openwrt-18.06 branch (git-18.228.31946-f64b152) / GoldenOrb_2018-11-03 ( OpenWrt 18.06.1 )
I DID NOT BUILD THIS MYSELF__disclaimer!!
Anyway I want to back up the MODEM image--I have seen the tab before but can't seem to find it--so if someone would line me out I would be ever grateful. :oops: :oops:

You cannot back up the modem. You can backup the router configuration which includes the APN and other settings that configure the modem.

Go to SYSTEM > BACKUP/FLASH FIRMWARE > BACKUP > DOWNLOAD BACKUP > GENERATE ARCHIVE.

Then, to restore the configuration, use the RESTORE BACKUP on the same page.

Just in case I should flub things up, I wanted to have a backup image!
