Not going detail how I know...but there's an upcoming hotspot ( I think around August timeline) that will be GREAT for those looking for LTE as a solution...
The MR5200 from Netgear. Unlocked, works with NR and LTE bands...and should automagically select the correct APN for service according to the SIM that's inserted.
It's going to launch at a bit of a pricey point...but what do some of you think would be a good option in rural areas for this upcoming device?

Expensive critter and the Bands on LTE (1, 3, 7, 8, 20, 28,38, 40) are not going to work for all. It looks like it is really only for those that can receive the 5G bands (n1,n28,n77,n78). Would be a pass for me.
Not sure why Netgear keeps coming out with expensive and limited devices.

The devices don't tend to be the issue, it's typically the overpriced, highly limited, data plans that you MUST use with them.
Cool tech though.
