Re: Netgear M1 TTL
MR1100? The MR1100 "NightHawk M1" cannot do TTL changes. Most people use a 2nd router for that with these.

Re: Netgear M1 TTL
M1 NightHawk Netgear TTL, Bypass T-Mobile Hotspot Throttle to get Unlimited LTE Hotspot
See YouTube Link:
https://youtu.be/yjamCF4dGCQ
1. The Hotspot device/Router MUST have APN set to: fast.t-mobile.com
(many devices I've seen that you can change the APN and it will show its selected, but yet still not really use it, but use the default, Make sure that's not the case)
2. Your Device that you are sharing the data to, needs to have TTL (Time to Live) Set to something non-standard, like 65.
Windows CMD: netsh int ipv4 set glob defaultcurhoplimit=65
MAC OS Terminal: sudo sysctl -w net.inet.ip.ttl=65 (Temp) or net.inet.ip.ttl=65 (Permanent)

Re: Netgear M1 TTL
Yes it can be done. There is a user on hear that has a post for the night hawk m1 and m5 modifications in the marketplace forum. Rich Hathaway - he is the only person who Im aware of that can modify it even after a hard reset.
Thanks

I can modify most hotspots and many router models and hard code new IMEI and FID also TTL kernel patching and modification on novatel, inseego, sierra/netgear, zte, alcatel and others, models such as 6620,7000/7730, 8000/8800, usb800,usb730,usb620, any mr1100 model, mr5100/mr5200, ac791 and some older models.
Also I have compiled custom firmwares for many/most of those, unbranding/re-branding services make custom menus do custom jobs. Thanks for looking & happy hacking
PM me or post here any questions or inquire about any service.
