Brain dead

Post by ferrin »

Over the course of the last 6 months I have tried to band lock to no avail. I have read several tutorials and the spreadsheet and when I'm done I have to do a reset. We are on At&t and our tower went down about a month ago for 2 days. We have always been on band 30 till the tower was restored now we are on band 2. We have 4 kids accessing the WG3526 router within MC7455 modem for school and need to get back to band 30. Any help would be appreciated.

Would look into other options

Use
https://www.cellmapper.net

Also look into T-Mobile home Internet if it’s in your area

Besides chasing the band, are there opportunities to optimize your router setup?
Outdoor antennas and type?
Have your ventured close to the tower with a new smartphone? What bands and speed do you get?
