Did you do, as Didneywhorl suggested?
This requires IMEI matching and the APN: vzwinternet
you must preform magic.-you will need to send an AT command to the modem, we are NOT allowed to speak of this in (this forum.

Is it just losing connection, or is the modem rebooting/resetting?
Checking your logs again, it looks like you have the connection monitor on and it is resetting your modem when ping no longer responds.
You also have the NWSCANMODE set to 0, which allows non LTE connections. I usually set mine ...

Taking the "EC20EQAR02A13E2G" off the modem itself and cross referencing it comes up as a cat 3 with 100mbps DL max, with no CA. Definitely not worth $300. You can get the same performance from the Sierra MC7700 on The Wireless Haven for $40.

What TTL did you use ??
Sounds crazy, but in NM, I used 117---but then moved to TN, and now using 65. Go figure :o
I did use this:
# This file is interpreted as shell script.
# Put your custom iptables rules here, they will
# be executed with each firewall (re-)start.
# Internal uci firewall ...

Re: Verizon tablet unlimited post paid plan
Yeah, it seems that the att and tmob tablet plans are the most talked about. Perhaps it's because verizon has a reputation for sniffing traffic to a deeper degree than others. What if any magic did you do to get it working?
As I stated in the post--I activated it in a working 4g tablet (cheap ...

Hi,
I have the Verizon unlimited tablet post paid plan. 2 tablets for price of 1--50% discount, and then with military discount $8.67@ month, per tablet.
I'm NOT using it as my primary internet, as I moved to the city, (for a while) but like to try and stay informed as I can--as we are not long for ...

I did not build this router, and really did not want to open it up--that said, I guess I have a 50-50 chance of getting it right. lolgscheb wrote: Sat Sep 26, 2020 9:43 am If you open it up and look at the modem. The wire going to the M on the modem is the main.

WE826 T2, primary side for antenna
Hello all,
I have a single Verizon antenna laying around, and want to hook it to my WE 826, just to see what it will do.
I have a (connector on order) to hook to router---
What side is the primary side.
Thanks, Rocky

Hello,
Currently using this set up. Like the Quectel modems. No the modem is not an upgrade from the MC7455. The router is due to it has better lan port and can get downloads out of the lan ports exceeding 100 down. But if you are not getting connection that is exceeding 100 down then no there ...

Re: WE826-T2 MC7455 using (hotspot) data
It's probably saving it in the system, just not displaying it once it's rebooted. All that matters is that it works.
You are probable correct, as I would go back, and log back in to the router, and click on the blank line where the intended address should be--and it would re-appear :)
thanks ...

I did use the (save & apply) button, numerous times, and it would NOT save the (2) Ipv6 lines??As for saving the custom DNS, make sure you are using the "Save & Apply" button and not just the save.
oh well it's working.

I really appreciate all the tips and tricks---I will give it a go. MY router did not have the TTL 117 drop-down when I received it, but I added it later, (thanks to Jim Helms)
Do I put the # sign in front of #117--or is it front of the rules--as in your screen shot--as I suspect-lol
