Been running a Mofi 5500 - 7690 with a 20.00 a month T-Mobile tablet SIM card for months. Been using it in my RV flawlessly. Parked it for a few weeks and headed out on a camping trip only to find I couldn’t get it to get online. Didn’t mess with it until I got home but spent hours basically starting from scratch..I did have two seperate messages that if deciphered can maybe explain what is going on. Yes, I have searched this forum as well as the internet but not getting an answer to what I can change?
Once logging in to my router on the Module 1 Configurations page I am seeing: Preferred MTU NOT DETECTED!…
On the band lock page I am seeing: LTE Filter not set correctly…..
I am also thinking maybe T-Mobile has throttled me down and these messages are possibly a result?
Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

It could be a service or router issue, so test the sim card in a phone.
If it doesn't work, it's a service issue.
If it works, it's a router issue.
