Re: EM7411 QMI
Use
To see the current mode
Code: Select all
AT!USBCOMP?
Code: Select all
AT!USBCOMP=?/code] To see the options.
I'm not sure right now the specific QMI command for it.
Re: EM7411 QMI
It is in MBIM mode right now.
This is what I get from
AT!USBCOMP=?
!USBCOMP:
AT!USBCOMP=<Config Index>,<Config Type>,<Interface bitmask>
<Config Index> - configuration index to which the composition applies, should be 1
<Config Type> - 1:MBIM USBIF, 2:PCIE USBIF, 3:Legacy-Generic, 4:RNDIS
<Interface bitmask> - DIAG - 0x00000001,
NMEA - 0x00000004,
MODEM - 0x00000008,
RMNET0 - 0x00000100,
MBIM - 0x00001000,
e.g.
10D - diag, nmea, modem, rmnet interfaces enabled
1009 - diag, modem, mbim interfaces enabled
The default configuration is:
at!usbcomp=1,3,10F

Re: EM7411 QMI
AT!USBCOMP=1,3,10D
That means = Index1, Legacy-generic, DIAG+NMEA+MODEM+RMNET0
RMNET is QMI controls if I recall correctly.

Re: EM7411 QMI
I finally got some time to try the command. When I use this command to put my modem in QMI mode. I lose com with my wg1608 router. It won’t connect to the modem. I get a time out error. But when I put it back into MBIM mode the router connects to it. The weird thing is that when I first got my modem in it came in QMI mode and it was working in the router.
