modify TTL on LB1121

Currently using a separate solution and it's working well enough (RPi3b+ | Rooter | Quectel EM12). This forum and users have been a godsend.

I still have an old LB1121 gathering dust. Is there a way to modify the TTL (via SSH?) on the 1121 to '65?'

Technically yes, but practically no because it has a locked firmware (needs the correct SSH password).
However, you could try connecting the LB1121's LAN output to the WAN input of any RPi or standard router which can run OpenWRT/GoldenOrb to handle the TTL settings. It might work if the modem passes the modified TTL values through, at least it's worth a shot.
