Mofi 4500 T-Mobile through OTR Mobile
The eth1 interface, which is the cell module, is set to static configuration for the protocol. ipv6 support is not enabled by default. There are multiple options under protocol outside of static. There is dual stack lite, dhcpv6, dhcp client, and a few more. Is there a specific recommendation for T-Mobile? I understand they are pretty much all ipv6.

I prefer to use IPv4 exclusively, but you could try all three IPv4, IPv6, or IPv4v6 to see which works the best.
