Can someone tell me what firmware this is for a WE826?

Looks like the manufacturer's own default firmware. You can flash it with the latest OpenWRT GoldenOrb/WiFi via the bootloader method, just search for it.

Yeah, I know I can flash over it but I kinda like this and was wondering if it was available to download open source. Thanks

I had a link bookmarked for the original ZBT firmware, but haven't tried it myself.
