Can anyone tell me why my Nexpro V2 keeps loosening internet connection? If I reboot, it comes right back up and works fine until the next day. I have to reboot it every day. I’ve done a factory reset to see if it helps. When I log into the router it shows the 4g cellular info with all bars but shows the internet connection off. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Which carrier and plan? I don't recall from your other post(s)
Post a pic of the connection details when this happens.

AT&T unlimited. It’s in old plan that I’m grandfather in. It’s like $20 a month. I’ll take a screenshot in a few hours. I have to reboot like 4 to 5 times a day. The firmware on the RM520N is old and there is an update. Do you think the firmware needs to be updated?

Re: Nexpro V2 internet disconnects
AT+QGMR gives the full version. R01A08 isn't old, but which sub version will determine which release it is.
old ATT plans have been known to do this, after an arbitrary amount of time the connection is still there, but no data passes. Reboot always fixes it.
Its the main reason scheduled reboots were put into these type routers firmware. I would setup a restart schedule for like every 12 hours or every day in the morning.

10-4.
I seen the schedule reboot but didn’t think about setting it up. I’m pretty sure you are definitely right about AT&T old service. That’s the main reason I purchased the Nexpro. I thought I was having problems with the old modem and I figured it was time for a replacement. Now it all makes sense, the same problem I had before carried over to the Nexpro SMH. I guess I should have thought about what was going on a little more closely. Thanks for your help and sorry for not using my brain a little.

All good, you've never seen it before, no way to know. Being around this for years, the pattern recognition kicked in for me. If you haven't seen it before, you'd have no way to see it.
