Boost mobile sierra 7455

Been trying to get thisbworking, have an unlimited plan, change imei of the sierra modem to the phones imei, everything worked on the phone, registration fails on the mofi router. Connection profile was changed to the same as the phones as well. Anuly ideas?

RRC: Idle and PS State: Not attached shows that the network sees you but is declining you.

Got it working, using wireless.dish.com, I ended up just letting the sim activate with another sierra modems imei, worked fine after, also turns out the modem I cloned from the phone, was dead/dying it stopped being seen altogether.. either way, thank you for your help and seems to be working as it should now!
