Hey guys,
hoping you all can assist.
I have the MOFI4500-4GXeLTE-V2 firmware 4.5.0-std, but am missing channel 14 when trying to channel lock the signal from the drop down menu.
Troubleshooting:
reset the router
hardreset router
tried to run the channel scanner
selected ATT as service provider on the settings menu.
let me know if you guy need some more info, before buying this i did see that its suppose to pick up channel 14.

Which modem version of the 4500 do you have?
SIM4, SIM7, or SIM8?
