Hello
I have a question.
I need to use two EC25 for IoT purposes (=always on, low volume of data transmission required,...).
Although the EC25 has two antennas inputs (MAIN=TX/RX and the second DIV for RX only), I only need to use the MAIN.
Question:
Can I use one unique MIMO 2x2 antenna (=each pole is 90° polarized) for the two EC25, since both modems will be connected to the same network operator (=same frequency). Is the 90° polarization enough to ensure proper operation?
Thank you
Two modems connected to one MIMO antenna?

Re: Two modems connected to one MIMO antenna?
I think it should work fine as long as you are not jumping any antenna ports together, IE using both modem ports on the one antenna in parallel.
Using just the main ports on two polarized elements shouldn't create any significant interference, unless it has some odd design I haven't considered.
