Getting started, Sixfab PiHat / Quectel EC25 / Raspberry Pi Zero 2W

I picked up some used equipment online and going to get started with this small platform before I build a setup for my boat. I'm still waiting to receive the PiHat and Quectel EC25. Just thought I'd start a thread somewhere where I might share my experiences moving forward.

Did you get your PiHat? I've been thinking of pre-ordering the 5G hat, but don't really need all the extra stuff it comes with just the hat.
