Hey,
Getting a weird occurrence with my LM960 modem. When using Microsoft Teams with incoming video, when there are around 5+ people with video my internet completely crashes and i have to physically unplug my router (WG3526) so the modem can reestablish a connection. Only happens with Teams, not Zoom/Webex/Etc. Any ideas what would cause this? Had no issues on the 7565 or on my cell phones/tablets directly on Verizon's cell signal. Not sure what about the modem itself could cause the crash?
Thanks!

Check under Status->System Log and look for the moment it crashed. If you can't access it, try changing the location of your System Log to /etc/Sytem.log
That is under System->System menu under one of the tabs there.
