ZBT-WE826-T speeds drop when downloading or at random?

Hi I was wondering if someone can help me.
So we have a ZBT-WE826-T router with a sim card with sprint in it but its going a little weird. For some reason speedtest will say its getting 30mbps, but once you start downloading something it will go to speeds of like 1mbps (Downloads will go to like 40kbps). Once you go on youtube it will load 4k youtube videos just fine as well as 1080p 60fps just fine. I have a friend that has the ZBT WG3526-P router and they are having the same issue. Is there something about these routers that sprint doesn't like? It would be awesome if someone can help me!

First off, Sprint has no friends but the ones it sells, provisions and controls. The router is just a device to facilitate the modem's connection to the Sprint network which is anonymous to Sprint.

What modem are you using?

If this drop over Wifi or ethernet connection?

Also the wifi is off on the device and a ethernet is pulled into a netgear nighthawk ac1000 modem broadcasting the wifi

This information is the firmware and build the router is using, not the modem that is installed internally or via USB on the WE826.

And, it might help to better define random and if it seems related to any certain event.

I don't know what information you need then, but at random means like at system startup, when something downloads, I don't really know what triggers it
