Not sure if I should post this here or under the modem section, but having an issue with my router where after booting up, I get a message that there is no modem present.
After emailing with one of the admins at The Wireless Haven, they advised that I should upgrade to latest firmware without keeping the configuration settings. After flashing firmware 3 times per guidance, still getting the same message.
Totally lost on where to go and hoping that an The Wireless Haven admin can chime in on how I should go about troubleshooting.

Re: Issue with NEXQ6GO-U Router and Quactel Modem
Does the modem show up on the debug screen (bottom part) or in the system log?
Re: Issue with NEXQ6GO-U Router and Quactel Modem
No mention of router under Debug information. The system log has several references to modem, but not really sure what I am looking for.Didneywhorl wrote: Wed Oct 13, 2021 10:21 am Does the modem show up on the debug screen (bottom part) or in the system log?

Post the logs here if you have them. A text file attachment works, or just quote the text in full. Maybe the Kernel log too.

Thats it?
There should be one call USB Hub or something. That's what the modem uses on these modems, the USB bus.
Nothing in the debug about USB?
