This is a WG3526-P build I just finished.
RM500Q-AE Modem
Mini PCIE to M.2 B Key adapter,
16MM N female to MHF4 bulkheads,
20mm - short body 8P8C connector - ethernet gland. (tight fit for the board, full sized 8P8C wouldn't fit)
TEA-005C model number diecast case. (it had all the proper threaded hole sizes)
Super thin ABS sheet to mount the PCB / Make template
Brass stand-off assortment.
60w 48v PoE injector.
2' LMR400 N male to N male x 4
7-29-21 ROOter autobuild for WG3526 (with load balancing / full image)
FWIW AT&T cannot make a call here with a handset. Antennas are 12' guessing.
Temp setup just for a test. This is also 4G using B2 + B14 CA from what I can tell. Idea is to move it to a 65' breakover mast for T-Mobile 5G.
WG3526-P outdoor build.

Re: WG3526-P outdoor build.
Max outdoor up to 105f rarely. 100f maybe 10-20 days on a bad year. Usually 95f max for 15 days+
Northeast Oklahoma, USA.
So far I've saw the modem hit 62c under hours of load. It was cooler here today. Maybe 85f and overcast.
I do plan on adding a heatsink. Maybe some sort of vent/pump. Not much room for internal fan at this point haha.

Re: WG3526-P outdoor build.
I like your build a ton. I have that exact enclosure I'm waiting to build. Going to use it for Verizon or Uscellular with similar antennas as you used. Towers are 2.5 miles.Dr-BroadBand wrote: Thu Aug 05, 2021 7:29 am Awesome job, thanks for sharing!!

Re: WG3526-P outdoor build.
Today it got up to 95F with direct sun on the modem side of the enclosure, under full load it hit 80C around 6PM. 86C is my shutdown limit. Hardware white paper does warn about temps above 75C for extended use. My own risk.
From experience with these types of devices, they can hover in the mid 80C's and be fine.
Going to add a heatsink Monday, found a 40x26x15mm copper one for $11. I did not see performance degrade at those temps however I'd say my temp is high enough to justify it.
Nuclear option is adding 2 x 25mm x 2 pin fans to the heatsink and power them from the USB.
Edit: No this is the nucelar option

Re: WG3526-P outdoor build.
Added a 5mm thick. 25x40mm copper heatsink with 3m thermal transfer tape. Under full load on a very hot day it is now 74c.
