I need help with A random issue.

Right now, I have a problem With my router. I do a fresh install of the firmware and get the same issue, I have internet, but I can ping 8.8.8.8 from any device except smart tv and android phone, but from ssh Inside of the router, I can ping without the problem, and my kid can't play any online game,
Would you please check the pictures to get some reference to the issue ;

See it says TTL of 65. Try TTL of 64.

What did the people you got the router from say?

check whatismyip.com and see if you are getting an ipv4 and ipv6 address.

ok sorry the delay,
i have WG1608 with 500Q-AE and H721 with RM500Q-GL , is the same issue of this Post really the same ,
I just want sell all this because I'm so frustrating with this situation,

today I'm just put a old Firmware in WG1608 with RM500Q-GL and work perfectly, so i decide try to switch the modems , I put RM500-GL and the same problem, when I put back the RM500GL the same problem, i so confusing right know,

I don't have Idea what to do,
